Athleticism Team Training

The Athleticism/Speed program can be taught remotely at your school of training facility. We train numerous teams of all ages, levels and sports to improve performance and lower risk of injury.

The teams will learn how to warm up properly and dominating early on in the game. We will also teach the team proper strength training in your weight room and how to best utilize existing equipment.

2008 team contracts include Mission Viejo Boy’s Varsity Soccer, Corona del Mar Boy’s Varsity Volleyball, Newport Harbor Girl’s Varsity Volleyball and Long Beach Poly Girl’s Varsity Volleyball.
