".improving reaction time, concentration skills, balance, coordination, agility, flexibility, rhythm or explosiveness. I feel that the Elite Athleticism class has helped me become a better athlete and a better baseball player."

Ambidexterity

This is right and left-brain development or Whole Brain Thinking . Harnessing both sides of your brain and body working together and equally. This brings you to a higher level, enabling you to perform in a relaxed state of mind.

The majority of great performers, are or were, whole brain functioning athletes! We offer a variety of hand-eye coordination drill to develop soft, quick hands under a timed / pressure situation including;

  • Juggling
  • Washers
  • Cup Stacks
  • Bricks
  • Billiard Balls

Juggling is also another aspect of the universal rhythm, and being able to process a lot of information at one time. These are the same drills your brain needs to be able to perform at a higher level in your sport. These drills develop dexterity, relaxed concentration, visualization, soft - quick hands and ambidexterity.

This enhances the ability to be in a state of Mindfulness during your sport. Most of the athletes are left-brain dominant; logical, linear, self motivated. We need to develop the right-brain functions and traits including; subconscious ness, imagination, circular, creative, flowing, innovative, circular, dreamer and rhythm.
