ATHLETiCiSM / SPEED [Year Round Group Athleticism Class]
This is one of the most unique programs in the country training athletes of all sports and ages to improve their overall athleticism, speed and power. We have combined the best in all facets of training into one comprehensive program. This is a high impact program for athletes looking to gain a competitive edge in their sport. Amateur, Olympic and Professional athletes are the typical mix that you will see in the group classes.

PRIVATE ATHLETICISM GROUP (TEAM) TRAINING
The Athleticism / Speed program can be taught remotely at your school or training facility. We train numerous teams of all ages, levels and sports to improve their speed and performance, while reducing the risk of injury. The private team training instills confidence and synergy allowing for better decision making and more dynamic play. The teams will learn how to warm up properly and dominating early on in the game. You will also see a reduction of injuries and severity of injuries with proper training allowing for healthy players throughout the entire season. We will also teach the team proper strength training in your weight room and how to best utilize existing equipment.
PRIVATE TRAINING
We offer hands on training with the most powerful systems to get you the results instantly.
Private Training sessions include:
- Stretching & Strengthening (Stretching is one of the most requested)
- Bridge Training (Post Physical Therapy and back to your sport better than ever)
- ACL Injury Prevention & Recovery (help prevent ACL, knee and shoulder injuries. We also get ankle sprains back quicker than ever.)
- Fitness Toning and Functional Training (tone the body properly and learn common sense wellness)
- Coordination Training (for any athlete looking to develop more coordination)
- Olympic Lifting for Sport (Learn all the proper Olympic Lifts to gain power in your sport)
- Kettle Bell Training (Learn how to swing Kettle Bells and develop amazing unilateral strength and endurance)
SEMI PRIVATE TRAINING
Get your cost down and train with your friends. Semi Private training is with 2-4 clients training together. This is all the benefits of private training, just sharing the expense to lower each persons individual cost. The results are also instant and tangible. All private training options can be trained in a semi-private setting.
SEMINARS
Athleticism offers a variety of seminars. Our most popular seminar is the PERFORMANCE COACH SEMINAR where coaches, athletes, doctors, therapists and parents learn how to train for performance. We teach the basics of Athleticism Performance Training so you can start to implement it on your own. Learn to cultivate speed and power and get the most out of every athlete.
